• All New Patients, please choose service "NEW CHIROPRACTIC PATIENT " to be examined and treated by Dr. Elgendy.
• If you need an ADJUSTMENT AND A MASSAGE, please use DR. ELGENDY's schedule by choosing the desired LENGTH OF MASSAGE + CMT.
• If you have a preference for a specific therapist, you may write that in the comments section when booking your massage and adjustment appointment. WE WILL DO EVERYTHING WE CAN TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST; HOWEVER, WE CAN'T GUARANTEE IT.
• If you want a massage only, please use ADRIANA's OR CLAUDIA's schedules.

For all new patients, if you would like to save time, you may visit our new patient center & fill out the intake forms before your first visit. You may fill & sign your documents online & submit them to us or you may print the forms & bring them with you to your visit. Thank you!
Cancellation Policy For Chiropractic & Massage Therapy Services
We know that emergencies arise, and we understand that! We do ask kindly that you give us a notice as soon as you know you can't make an appointment.
Please., out of respect for our other patients as well as for our Doctor & therapists, call if there is a change in your schedule.
THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR APPOINTMENTS THAT ARE CANCELLED 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.
There is a $25.00 charge for cancellations made LESS THAN 24 HRS OF NOTICE.
You will be billed the FULL VALUE OF YOUR SCHEDULED TREATMENT for "SAME DAY" cancellations or "NO SHOW" appointments.
Gift Certificates will be subject to the same cancellation policies.
